I have the opportunity to move to n.carolina and get a good job. Living in fla on probation no one will hire me. Do I have to have blood relatives to transfer my 1.5 yrs left of felony probation to n.carolina or can it just be a good friend, which I call my cousin, that I would be living with to start?
