How do I loose 30 lbs in 3 or 4 weeks?
I'm 13 and I weigh close to 190 lbs and I. Just don't feel that I look good I feel fat. Everything that I put on I just feel that I look fat. I am a swimmer and I swim every day except for the weekends but I don't feel that it's helping much. I want to look skinny like the other girls at my school. I just have a hard time just sticking with something; like I was going to make myself run on the tredmill every morning but I just didn't stick with it. I want to loose about 30 or 40 pounds in a short time. Can someone please help me? I would appreciate it a lot. Please let me know If you know any good and fast diets I could do.
