100 sq.ft. is only 10X10. What can you build on that?

Please don't make new questions. Just add new information to the same thread all the time.

Have you had someone in the construction industry evaluate the property?

Check with building dept to see if lot is large enough to put a house on.

Will u have a well and septic system? The smallest lot that I have ever heard of with a well and septic is 100x100 or 1/4 of an acre.

    Are u located in U.S.

    Just for information.

There is a house in Alexandria, VA that is 7 foot wide. However, it is not on a well and septic.

Of course it was also built before the bureaucrats got so much power

Are you sure your local zoning would allow a house on a 1/40 acre plot? Even with a 3 ft setback, the house could only be 14 ft. deep. Where are you located?

    Hi HK

I have also seen and worked on 2 houses that were no more then 8 ft wide. They were both on city water and sewer system. One of them was an old railroad station converted to a home.
