After machine is filled it makes a funny noise when washing,then when it goes into spin cycle its not spinning the clothes its throwing them from one side to the next which brings the machine up uneven?

Probably one of the balancing weights has broken, or a spring has come loose or broken from rust or rusted out mounting hole.
