How do you go about revoking parental rights in the state of Virginia? My daughter's father has seen her a total of eleven times since she was nine months old and she is now eight years old. He doesn't write or call. He has only paid ten months of child support in eight years. He has told me several times within the few times he had seen her that he wanted to give up his rights. Any advice?
