Are you overweight? Do you wear heels? (sorry, can't tell if you're a guy or a girl)
How long has this been going on?
Do you have any other medical conditions?
I'm a man who is 5'9" and weigh 210 lbs. I am being treated for high cholestrol which is now at a normal level. This has been happening for a month our so. It started after I wore some tennis shoe insoles that were the wrong size for my shoe. My foot sat up higher than usual with these insoles.
Did the insoles tend to raise your arch higher than usual?
Do you have any form of arthritis.
Is it worse in the morning or after you sit for long periods? If so, it is probably plantar fasciitis. This is the most common cause of heel pain. If you search the internet, you will find tons of info on this condition.Quote:
