My question is what are my options to moving from nyc to nc so I can live with my fiancé who lives in nc? I have no violations, all fees paid. I am very tired of not getting a good job here.

And you think there are more and better Jobs in North Carolina that you can find in New York City? I think you need to research the local economy in that state a lot better before you jump. Except for the Raleigh/ Durham area, the state is serious economically depressed.

That's assuming you can get your probation transferred at all.
