    Sexually active--is this an infection?
    I am 25,sexually active, I found 3-4 dark black spots near my virginal lips.Is it dangerous? Is it some kind of infection or skin cancer?

    You should book an appointment with a GYN. It could be absolutely nothing, but better safe than sorry and only a proper exam can answer your questions.
