    Hi,
    I am17 and weigh 60kgs which is roughly 132.23 Lbs.
    My height is around 5.4 5.5.
    I know I need to lose weight but I can not follow a specific diet plan.
    However I am walking or more like jogging on the treadmill for a min. of 10 minutes and a max. of around 40 minutes. Depends on how much my body is willing to take that day.
    I have heard drinking 5-6 mugs of green tea helps. Does it?
    I need to lose weight. Help. :\ Please?
    Oh and yes I am a female.

    For your height, your weight seems about right.. But if you do want to tone you're body more all you have to do is exercise & eat healthy.

    Their shouldn't be a min and max. I run 5 miles a day no more no less go for 40 minutes on the tredmill at all times don't settle for less your better than that. You don't seem to overweight so maybe instead of focusing too much on your weight go for some sexy definition in your muscles. Try weight training do 50 situps and 50 pushups add that to your routine.
    You seem to have fitness under control. See this guide will show you how to work up to full pushups and how to balance muscle.

    Um do sit ups and push ups help with the ab muscles? Which part of the body do they target?
    Sorry I am new to this.

    Women do pushups for shoulder/arm definition and to make their chest look better.

    Sit ups will target the core for abs.
