Hi,
I am17 and weigh 60kgs which is roughly 132.23 Lbs.
My height is around 5.4 5.5.
I know I need to lose weight but I can not follow a specific diet plan.
However I am walking or more like jogging on the treadmill for a min. of 10 minutes and a max. of around 40 minutes. Depends on how much my body is willing to take that day.
I have heard drinking 5-6 mugs of green tea helps. Does it?
I need to lose weight. Help. :\ Please?
Oh and yes I am a female.
