Are you looking of a 3-in-1 switch or are you looking for how to wire three switches for three banks of lights with four lights each?

    +1!

I get the gist of what you are looking for, but I am not willing to put that much effort into deciphering exactly what you are asking.

And what kind of picture are you looking for?

Kind of hard to understand exactly what you are asking... if this is existing and you had all 12 lights running on 1 switch and now wanting to use 3 switches to run them, then you would have to run separate supply lines to each of the additional sets, basically you would have to separate the circuit between lights 4 and 5 and again between lights 8 and 9 and run a supply from there.
