The HEATED DRY light stays on. It looks like 1/2 bright

If the "heated dry" light is stuck on and it is half bright it sounds like you have a bad control panel. It's an expensive fix but if you do it yourself it's not so bad. Before you replace control panel however, I would open the door and put your hand by the heater and check for heat. Don't touch the heater, you're just feeling for heat. If it's stuck on then your control board is bad - stuck relay. Hope this helps,
