Can I take any legal action against my employer for tolerating my supervisor coming to work intoxicated and testing positive for alcohol?
Does he allow others to do the same, is there a company rule against it. While a stupid not to stop it, there is no real law that says they have to stop it. As long as they treat everyone the same. Is he in a company approved treatment plan, some companies if you fail a test do not fire you but put you in a program and you keep job if you complete program.
But sue company for what, Not lettering you drink on job ? Did they fire you for drinking on the job. In what ways has his drinking and being drunk effected you, so that your money is effected ?
