My Luxair with white rogers 50a50-241 control when running the fan in manual for A/c sometimes the fan seems to puslate like trying to start , if I shut it down and let it rest it seems to be normal. Could the run cap be bad?

Thank you for your interest with Emerson White- Rodgers. My name is Joselito Laxamana from technical department. Try to isolate the issue by bypassing the thermostat operation by putting a jumper between the R and G terminal. Then check the reading coming off the board going to your blower you should have there 120 VAC. If feed is present still the fan is not turning on then contact Luxair to troubleshoot the fan.
