    Goodman furnace
    I have a Goodman heating/AC furnace model# GMPN080-4.
The 3 amp fuse keeps blowing as soon as I put it in AC mode and turn everything on. It will run in heating mode but that is it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check the low voltage control wiring going from the furnace to the outside unit. It is possible the wire got cut or shorted out. Just had a low voltage wire going to the outside unit that got cut with a weed whip it also shorted out. Once repaired all worked OK.

Also make sure to check the low voltage wiring going into the outside unit also. It is possible the wiring shorted inside the unit and OR the contactor/ starter for the fan and compressor could also be defective causing the fuse to blow.
