Anyone know any back stretches for bad posture for lordosis?
Hey I have a really messed up back that's curved INWARD like the letter 'C'... apperently its called um... a lordosis? So I'm pree sure I have bad posture in my lordosis... but anyway it really bugs me because my butt and stomach stick out all retardedly XP and I really want to fix it so does anybody have any good stretches I could do daily, and also I'm 13 years old so I don't really have that much time to do like 20 stretches a day :o... unless I do them in class ;p so please help it would be greatlyy appreaciated :D
