i have an above ground oval pool and the liner is slipping help
we have an 18x39 oval pool installed 3 yrs ago. We never emptied it. This year we did because we added sand to the sides cause you could feel many dents when you were in the pool. So we added sand to the sides, made sure all was nice and smooth. After we added the liner completely to the pool. When all was done we began to fill it. After a few feet of filling it the liner kept slipping on the sides, emptied the pool again. Fixed the liner and filled it again. And the problem keeps happening.help please

As the pool is filling ,the sides kick out a little. This will cause liner to slide down the sides a small amount.

When installing liner allow about 12'' of overlap at top edge. This will decrease as u fill. As long as u still have about 3'' overlap when pool is fill, u are good to go.
