Hi, I have a council house, and they are evicting me on the 21st June - what can I do to stop them (the council) from kicking me and my family out of my home..

Was paying £40 a week for the arrears, missed two week payement for my daugther birthday..

Sure. It was more important that your daughter have a party, presents, and all the fixings than a roof over her head. Anybody would agree to that.

There is only one thing more important than keeping a roof over your head and that's food on the table.

You were already behind on your rent and you skipped payments?

I don't know what the process is where you live (I assume it's the UK). But unless you can come up with a settlement they will agree to, then you will be evicted. They may decide that you need to pay ALL the arrears before they stop the eviction process.
