I have a kenmore elite dishwasher 665.13793k600. It would not turn on. I ran the series of normal wash heated wash 3 times and all lights turned on When I close door or try cancel it will not start or run cycle. Any suggestions?

1. Press and hold "Heated Dry" for 4 seconds to unlock control panel.
2. Press these buttons in quick succession: "Heated Dry," "Normal Wash," Heated Dry," "Normal Wash" to instruct it to run diagnostic test.
3. Wait 2 minutes.
4. When test is completed press "Cancel/Drain."
If there is any standing water in dishwasher you will have to press "Cancel/Drain" before starting this. Make sure the float is not stuck in up position on bottom of tub.

You need to find out why it is not draining. Either it is stopped up or the pump does not run. It has to be one or the other. Once you find out you then move on to what to do about it. It should not be too hard to figure out.
