Maybe be a seat or transmission safety switch.

    Hi,
The turn ot the key tells little until shorting across the solenoid is factored in; no voltage is reaching the solenoid. Check battery, ground and wire from battery to solenoid.
    Peace,

    Hi,
The broken yellow wire could well be a seat switch wire and would be a proble, but the fact that shorting across the posts of the solenoid with no result still says that no voltage is reaching the solenoid.

    I thought it read:
"when go to the STARTER SOLENOID with my pilers it starts, no bother(no problem)?

Yes, But when you jump at the Solenoid, does it work or not?

Yes it starts no bother, so what would the problem be?

Likely the yellow wire needs to be connected.
You could momentarily connect the yellow to ground for a test. If it works, connect the yellow back up to the switch. Good Luck.
