Since in the US, it does not work like that, In the US, if there is a abuse, you kick him out of the house to protect the kids, ( don't care if it is legal to kick him out or not, he is out) you call social services ( Children protective services ) and the police if the police will not do anything, call their commander, call the DA.

Is your daughter 15 or 16?

You are telling us that your husband got your 15 yr old daughter pregnant (I assume its your daughter and not his) and he isn't in jail? Sorry, I don't buy it. I don't know anywhere in the US and very few places in the rest of the world, where a step father (let alone a natural father) would not go to jail for impregnating a step daughter.

This is a slam dunk case. She was under age and the baby is proof of having sex with her. The prosecutor walks into court, calls ONE witness, the technician who performed the DNA test. Maybe a second witness to confirm the girl's age at conception.

That's it two questions, Jury takes two second to deliberate.

And call child protective services, and if he abuses the kids, either lock him out or you and the kids take off for a family or women's shelter.

So what is going on with this baby? Did you not tell the police who the father is? That's the only way he is not in jail. If you report it to cps of cops, he will be in jail for a very long time.8
