We paid out the nose for the 2007 kenmore elite quietpak he4 washer and dryer. Thank goodness (?) the washer failed before our 3 year purchased warranty ran out - mother board failure. The dryer started acting up shortly thereafter, but I attributed it to ambient temps and humidity, laundry room size, but I was wrong. The vent ducting is clear and the exhaust output is strong - but the heat is minimal at best - must use the 20 minute "touch up" cycle over and over and over again, because none of the other settings last more than 15 minutes. Any ideas about this problem?
