1) 2-bit DIP switch is connected to a adder chip. (74283)
*The 2 bit DIP switch will act like a Round Score.
2) If push button is pressed, the Round Score is added to the previous output of the adder hence will give you the Total Score.

3) If Total score >= 8 green led will light up
otherwise Red led will light up.

*we can ignore overflows.
