Trane xr80 blinks 4 times the n works fine heats up then shuts off

I have a trane xr80 about 7 yrs old. A code 4 comes up. When I turn on furnace it runs for about 5 minutes and blows heat. Then it will shut off and blink a code 4. I did recently get the vents blown out and cleaned filter. When the air blows it smells burnt in y vents as well. What do you think it could be.
