I have a Heil furnace. I found the motor of draft inducer not work properly two month ago. After I took it off and put some machine oil, it worked well. I knew I need to replace a new inducer soon. I ordered a new one with the same model, and replaced it yesterday. The new inducer works well, but it could not automatically light. My Model is FBF100F14A4, series no is NTG3100GFA4. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

Does it eventually light? Or never
Make sure the rubber hose fron inducer motot to pressure switch is tight,and no cracks
Do you have a led light on control board blinking /coding?

Thank you for your reply. It never lights. There is no led light on the control board. I have tested the hose by put it into a water bottle. I did not find any air out. Do you think it is no air to push the pressure switch. This is a new inducer and run well. If I use a wire to connect the two wire of pressure switch, do you think it should light?

Jumpering the pressure switch (bypassing) is temperary test ,you can do this to conferm if pressure switch is bad.

I tested the pressure switch and it works well. I can not hear the sound of sparking when the inducer running. As usually, after the inducer running 30 seconds, I can hear the sparking sound. Do you think the spark or sensor wrong?
