My boyfriend just got his second DUI - it was plead down to a DWAI. But it is his second one. He is in the pre-trial phase where he is taking random BAs and UAs until his sentencing in April. He will undoubtedly do 10 days in jail, 2nd level alcohol classes, and a year or more of probation. Can they prevent him from being able to leave the country for the duration of his probation?
