Tried cleaning the screen and replacing the hose it did not help

How's the flow with the hose unhooked from the shut off valve? How's the flow from the hose when unhooked from washer? If good all around, check to see if there is a screen in the washer threaded port. If no screen there, something in the washer itself is culprit, and would require the knowledge of an appliance repair person. Please let us know what you find.
