Now, to answer your question. She has a boyfriend which makes her unavailable and of limits. Think about it this way, you wouldn't want someone trying to take your girlfriend away from you, would you?

If you did win her away from him, then you would be left worrying about when someone would take her away from you. It would already be a fact that she would be willing to go from one person to another and might even cheat on the person she is with. That is not the type of person you want to have as a girlfriend.

If you can't control your feelings and be just a friend without wanting more, then leave her alone until you can.

Sounds to me that you should just stay friends and respect her relationship. If they ever break up, then you can try to pursue her, but until then, keep meeting new people.
