My mom treats me like a baby still
Let me say first my mom never hits me I want to be clear on that.look me and my brother got into a fight at McDonald's we threw ketchup on each other.I'm older I'm 15 he is 13. I got some ketchup on some woman clothes and my mom had to reimburse her for the damage. My mom freaked out on me told me I was a immature baby and my brother to in front of people in McDonalds. Leaving McDonald's she told us that she should get us some pacifiers and some pampers and a playpen. People were looking at me. Like she was right. She took away my x box my I pod and cell I can't go out on weekends now. On the car ride home she is yelling at us telling us when she goes to walmart she should buy us a crib and stuff.telling me we made her look like a bad mother she's being a total ***** to me.

Can I turn her into CPS for abuse saying those things to me? Isn't it slander or something saying lies about someone. Saying I need pampers and making me look bad in public. For the record he started it my brother not me. Its not fair she's doing this. She took away my games I pod my cell phone and I can't go out now because of that *****. Now she won't let me take drivers ed. She say I'm to immature to drive. Can't cps make her a better mom or just tell her to chill out.

Let's see - you and your brother threw ketchup at each other in a public restaurant, a woman's property was damaged - and you think your mother needs to chill out?

It isn't slander or abuse if it's true. If you behaved like a baby - and I don't think adults or even teenagers throw ketchup at each other AND damage someone else's property - and your mother said you did, she's telling the truth.

People were looking at you because you made a spectacle of YOURSELF in a public restaurant. I'm surprised that they didn't applaud your mother.

Too bad the woman whose clothes were damaged didn't call the Police.

I think you're too immature to drive, too. If you can't control yourself in a restaurant you shouldn't be behind the wheel of a car.

Your brother started it? Please - bad, bad excuse. He apparently has little self control at his age. You're two years older with little self control.

If you want to cause your mother problems, get yourself put in foster care at least temporarily, yes, call CPS on your mother. I'd pack before you call.

(Please stop posting the same question. A responsible person would read the AMHD rules, post once... and realize this is not a problem for the Pregnancy and New Motherhood category.) >WG moved it to Parenting<

This was asked with almost the same details some time ago by someone with another user name? Did you post this before.

But it means you were acting childish and need to tell her you are sorry.

Hmm, does sound very familiar, right down to the fast food place, the ketchup and the ages of the kids.
In any case this was very childish behavior and your Mom deserves on apology.

I must have missed the earlier posting. Your mother didn't say you needed Pampers because you don't have bowel/urinary control. She referred to Pampers because you're acting like a baby.

So - report her to CPS for hurting your feelings and then let us know what happens.
