I have a goodman furnace everything works fine until the blower tries to come on and it will not turn, but if I turn it by hand it runs. Is there a fix for this

Is the fan stiff to turn or does it turn freely? Is there an oil port visible at the end of the motor? Are the fan blades free of dirt and debris, or are the fan blades and motor coated with dust and dirt?
If the blower motor starts and runs after giving it a manual boost, you probably need a capicitor, most are mounted to the blower housing,, they are cheap, much easier to buy a capicitor and try it before replacing the motor
Its worth a try
