I am legally married to a woman in Texas and want transfer my felony probation to be with her but the only hold seems to be is that ia m not meeting my obligation of chid support due to an illness which has me on state assistance , I am paying what I can afford, however the probation dept says that they are not putting my transfer in because due to the fact I am unable to pay the full support payments. I want to know if I can be denied the transfer being that I am lagally married or are my rites of matrimony being violated?
