    Repair an offset toilet flange in slab floor
    I have a old rental and the old toilet flange is an offset flange and all the bolts and flange is rusted out. Is there a way to replace the flange to get new closet bolts in with out cutting the concrete up?

    If the slots are broken 6they male a flange repair kit =(see image) that will save you from having to replace them old flange. Pick up a set at any hardware store. M Good luck, Tom
