    Taking father's rights away
    I live in Washington state father has never been in her life and only maybe a few 1hr supervised visitations visits but no chilp support don't want it just want fathers rights taken away been a 1 1/2 of no contact how long of time for I need

    First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

    You will not get his rights terminated except as noted in that sticky note. If he's not exercising his rights, why is it important to terminate them.

    Merely not seeing the child is not enough to take rights away. Have you been taking him back to court for child support
