Pilot light gas logs will not light?
Pilot will not lite. Have blown it out with compressed air. Have done this for the last 14 yrs and it always worked. I do have gas in the line up to the pilot. Also, when blowing the pilot out with compressed air I can feel an air stream coming out the other end.

By " I can feel an air stream coming out the other end" do you mean you can feel a stream of gas? What are you using to light the pilot: spark ignitor, flame, or what? If the gas has been shut off to the log all summer you may need to hold down the pilot button for more than a continuous minute just to flsuh the lines of air. Any gas between the shut of and the log will have left the pipe so you must displace the air

Check the thermocouple. It has got to reach a certain temp before it will open to let the gas to the pilot light.

Still waiting for franklin to answer. Thermocouple is heated by the pilot not the other way around.
