I want to transfer my probation from Wisconsin to Texas I have no job here in Wisconsin and got one offered to me down there my family lives there and I'm just getting no where up here I want to speed it up is there anyway I can do that so I can get to work and start paying my restitution I need help thanks

You will need to contact your PO about having the transfer done. It will take some time as the other state must agree to this as well.

A transfer takes from 30 days to 90 days normally. Many things are just out of anyone's control. First your state has to approve it, then it is sent to the other state where they have to approve it. It then comes back and the actual transfer is arranged.

You can speak to your PO and try and find out where in the process it is.
