I was sentenced to a year of interim probation and 3 years misdemeanor probation after that. My fiancŽ lives in upstate NY and there is guaranteed work and all the support I will need. I'm trying to find work here and stay out of trouble here but its not working. I need to get off this island before I get violated or catch a new charge. Do they allow inter county transfers for interim probationers?

You will need normally to show you have gotten a job, have a place to live and so on. But your first start will be to file a application for transfer and go from there
