I live in one state and my kids father lives in another. There is no child suport order and was wondering what paper work is needed for him to sign his rights away

Is he willing to give up his rights? Have you been married for more than a year and your husband is willing to adopt?

The only way he can sign away his rights , is if you are remarried and the new husband wants to adopt. Then you will need an attorney to do the adoption paper work.

What you most likely need is to go to family court, get a order for child support, then a court order giving you sole custody. And then if bio father does not ask for visits, he does not see child
