Blower fan runs all the time, when power is turned off and back on inducer fan starts heat start up cycle. Universal board has repeating 6 red flashes which is indicator for open roll out switch. Have continuity on them. This is happening no matter what the thermostat is set to- heat, cool, or off. Am not getting cool call at condenser when switched to cool. Second board replacement in 2 years even though they worked fine for approx. 1 year on first replacement board and 10 months. On second. As far as I can recall they both malfunctioned in the same way both times
