You could join a gym and get a personal trainer to guide you lubedude: and you can also stop drinking which is very fattening.
No one here can give you a diet and exercise programme because that entails a physical, measurements, BMI index and weight scale assessment. Of course a personal trainer would go over your diet, what you are eating now, make recommendations and start you on a diet programme which will enhance the workouts they recommend for you. Possibly a bulk up protein drink to compliment everything else.
