I have a york split system heat pump. Five lights blinking on thermostat, 7 blinks on default code at compressor. Reset boards. 2 to 5 days later five blinks on thermostat, 3 blinks at compressor. 2 to 5 days later, five blinks at thermostat, 5 blinks at compressor. Within 2 to 5 days the outdoor unit will shut off, bad board? I can't see the unit having all the problems every time the boards are reset. Tech said refrigerant is fine unit runs fine after reset for 2 to 5 days.

I bought a York A/C last year. 1st time I used it it blew the preasure switch. Used it for only 3 weeks last year. This year, I turned it on for the first time and it will not work. Motor blew out.

York is a lemon. I am told it will take 5 days to get the part. I emailed their customer service and they have not responded. York is a lemon DO NOT BUY.
