What is going on in your head?
Girl meets guy, girl chases guy, girl wants to get in relationship with guy.

Weeks go by, girl falls in love, girl breaks up because of family issues and personal life she is dealing with.

Guy starts No contact, week later girl contacts guy, girl says still has feelings, girl says we moved to fast and must build a friendship first and then see about relationship.

So she has it in her mind that ALL relationships will fail if u don't have a good friendship first. There is no such thing as dating immediately and building a friendship as you go. (this is what we did, and she also did when she was married for a month at a young age)

I smell bull ****. But the contact is continuous. What do you think?

Developing a friendship early on is important. At this point however, it is unrealistic of her to think you can just switch gears and start working on friendship... especially since she still has "feelings " for you. So... I smell BS too.

Guy was on right track when he went on NC.

Guy should go find a hammer, put left hand on table, pick up hammer with right hand, slam hammer down on left hand as a reminder to never break NC and get caught up in ex's BS again. Repeat process if similar urges occur.

Stick to NC Dude... she decided that she needs to work on some issues alone so let her do that! Why jump on this crazy emotional roller coaster with her?

It doesn't matter what goes on in her head-go back to NC and avoid the confusion.

Same girl? Same advice! NC, why bother?
