When I left for work on 5/24/11 my a/c was working fine. I have a TRANE HVAC heating PUMP. I got home from work and the Thermostat was set for 76 and it was 81 on the inside. The inside unit is running but no cold air is blowing. We (my husband and I) go outside & the unit fan is not running. My husband bumps the temp so it will cut off to check the breaker and fuses. He flips the HVAC switch and tries the air again & we still get the same thing. HOT air & the fan on the outside unit still will not come on. It clicks a couple of times like it wants to come on but it does not come on. PLEASE help, LIKE LIVING IN HELL.
