It really could be any number of things. Your symptoms aren't indicative of pregnancy.
You will need to wait until your next period is due. If it is late, or you miss it, try taking a HPT using first morning urine.
Ok thanks, can anyone help me figure out what day I may have ovulated and can I be pregnant?
Not enough info for that to be determined, and yes you could be although it is really early to have any signs ?
Have you been having regular sex, if so what methods of protection are you using
Can you be pregnant? If you had intercourse, yes you could be pregnant.
If your LMP began on April 8, your most fertile time would have been on or around April 19, if you have a 28 day cycle.
Again, it would be too early to test and your symptoms are not typical symptoms of pregnancy.
Ok my periods are 36-37 days apart my last period was April 8th when should I start having sexual intercourse and what shouldi do to boost my chances??
A starting place would be about 12-16 days before your next period would be expected. Personally, I would start a week before that and continue through a few days after. Keep in mind that you may not ovulate within the norm, however, so pay attention for other possible signs that your body may be preparing for ovulation. An increase in more clear and slightly fluid discharge is common. If possible, having sex about every other day throughout a cycle, with a few more attempts when you believe you might be close to ovulation can be helpful.
Even with good timing, pregnancy can still take some time. Most couples will become pregnant within a year of actively trying, but some will naturally take longer.
To boost your chances of a healthy pregnancy and baby, start taking prenatal vitamins or a multivitamin with folic acid now while trying. Make any other lifestyle changes you know would be healthy... this goes for your partner as well. Avoid cigarette smoke as much as you can, eat healthy foods, get adequate rest, have some regular exercise, etc..
