I purchased a bedroom suite from Bobs Discount furniture in August 2007 and purchased the goof proof program, but when I just tried to use it I was told that it didn't cover my situation, when the technician came to look at the furniture he states that the furniture is falling apart at the joints. I called bobs customer service to see what options I have, the young lady who answered the call was very respectful explained to me that because I'm in the military there is nothing that can be done because when I had to PCS my warranty was voided, know one ever mentioned that to me, because if they would have I would have not spent 3500 dollars for some furniture that doesn't last, now I have a bedroom suite that is falling apart, which means I'm out of money doing business with Bob, but there are other soldiers in my situation, buying furniture from this establishment and not being told that you void your warranty when you have to PCS.
