06 f250 6L 188K never had wrench on engine 5k oil changes at ford dealer replaced fuel pump 158k truck starte smoking black from low rpm a little hesitation now billows white smoke at low rpm slowly accelerates to 2500rpm then runs a little black exhaust then accelerates fine. A little rough starting always allow engine to warmup and idle for 3 minutes before shutting down any ideas on problem?
