I started a rather intensive exercise regime since last December and limited my diet to consist of low carchoydrate content hoping to lose some weight. I consumed mainly fruits and have a tendency to consume large volumes of snacks and chocolates excessively.Yes, I have managed to lose some weight. But, recently, I missed my last period.It was supposed to be on the week where I had major exams on a daily basis. Could it be the stress factor? Also, recently, my usually fair skin has developed a tinge of yellow and is worrying for me.Could it be the stress?the carotein in the fruits?possibility of diabetes from the excessive sweet-snacks? I need help. Please note that my weight is in the healthy range. My main concern would be how I can achieve my usual skin tone as soon as possible. Thank you.Any advice would be appreciated.
