Was running fine the day before, went to start and it will not fire up. Have spark at all plug wires as well as fuel to the injector pipe. Have replaced distributor cap and rotor as well as plug wires due to wear issues. The engine cranks fine but will not fire up. Also, have 5 volts to the MAP sensor (recommended to check). Any recommendations on what to check next?

If the CEL works normally, when you turn the ignition switch to ON (Position II), I would install a new ICM and coil:

If the problem persists, I would install the new ICM and coil in a genuine Honda distributor housing--other brands are suspect.
