Eat less overall... eat more green veggies and fruit... fewer starches and carbs and fat... and get off the chair and exercise... walk, bicycle, etc.
Weight is a balance between what you eat, what the body needs and what you burn. If you eat more than the body needs and do not burn the excess, the body takes what it needs and store the rest as fat. So Eat less, take a lot of fluid(water) and exercise(burn)more. You may want to cal. your ideal weight for your height and know your target weight
