What flooring should I use for my basement with a drain?
I am re-doing my basment bathroom and there is a floor drain. I had to pour some concrete so just staining it mught not look great and the floor has a pitch for the drain. I have not had any water in my basement so the drain is kind of there just in case. What is my best choice for flooring? Please help

Ceramic tile would serve best. If does become wet has best chance of surviving, if installed correctly.

Got to agree with Chuck. Carpet- out, wood-out, laminate-out. Porcelain tile is relatively inexpensive and stands up to moisture well when properly installed. Epoxy coatings hold up well also, but are difficult to install and usually more expensive.
