My hair used to be really thick but for the past few years it has become so thin. My hair falls out whenever I brush it and when I wash it in the shower. Is there anything I can do without having to see a doctor?

What have you been doing to your hair ? Have you been dying it a lot ?
Tick
No, I have done absolutely nothing to it. I use dandruff shampoo, but recently stopped since it makes my hair smell bad. Do you think that's the problem?
When my hair thinned out after a bad about with severe anemia last fall, I started taking water-soluble sublingual Vitamin-12 tablets with methylcobalamin along with folic acid (B-9). I also took Vivisical twice a day, but it's pretty pricey. It took nearly six months, but my hair is back to normal now. These two vitamins are good for combating stress and fatigue too. (I sound like a TV ad.)
Google and find out which foods contain both of those vitamins. You might want to include them in your diet, if they aren't in it already.
Thank you so much! I will definitely try this.
