There are 2 questions. 1-What is the rating of the firewall and 2- is the flex conduit rated for that time? You could have a 3 hour wall but conduit rated for 1 hour. In that case no. Or, you could have a 1hr. Wall and conduit rated for 2 hrs. In that case yes. You need to gather a little more information.
